Red Bank Man Arrested on Heroin Possession Charge

A Red Bank man has been arrested on drug possession charges stemming from an Aug. 12 incident in Shrewsbury.

Kyle D. Pape, of 19B Rector Place, was arrested when Shrewsbury Police Officer Tracy Polk allegedly found him in possession of 13 wax paper baggies that contained heroin, the complaint warrant said.

Pape was held on $30,000 bail with no 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

A court date has been set for Sept. 3 at 8:30 a.m. in Shrewsbury Municipal Court.
