Westside Tree Lighting Set In Red Bank: What To Know
Guests can enjoy hot cocoa, music and more at the borough's holiday event.
RED BANK, NJ — Get ready to kick off the holiday season when Red Bank hosts their Westside Tree Lighting on Friday.
From 6-8 p.m., the borough will be lighting up its holiday tree at Johnny Jazz Park, with performances, hot beverages, and more for guests to enjoy.
According to the Red Bank Division of Parks & Recreation, attendees will be able to see special performances by:

- Lake House Music Academy
- Red Bank Primary School Choir
- Red Bank Charter School Choir
- Count Basie Center for the Arts
- Chorus of the Atlantic
- Company of Dance Arts
Guests will also be able to receive hot beverages from Lunch Break and free kids coats from the Knights of Columbus Council.
A special guest from the North Pole will also be in attendance to take photos with kids, borough officials said.

“Come out and join us at Johnny Jazz Park at 6 PM for some hot cocoa, cool tunes and holiday cheer!” the borough said in an online post.
The event is being hosted in collaboration with Lake House Music Academy, Red Bank Charter School, Red Bank Borough Public Schools, Lunch Break and the Count Basie Center for the Arts.
