Hundreds of runners will be taking to the streets of Glen Rock on Labor Day for the 25th annual Jaycees 5K Arboretum Run.
Runners will start at the Glen Rock Municpal Pool, head down Broad Street to Hamilton Avenue, briefly move to Emerson Road, up to Berkley Place, then Clinton Avenue before hitting the home stretch of Ackerman Avenue. Finally, they'll finish at the Arboretum.
The 5K race, put together by civic organization The Glen Rock Jaycees, begins at 8:30 a.m. Procedes benefit community sponsorship and events in the Glen Rock area.

Registration can be done on Sunday at the Glen Rock Municipal Annex at 678 South Maple Avenue from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost for the 5K run is $25; the junior mile is $10. If you register on race day, the cost is $30 for the 5K and $15 for the fun run.
