Bergen County's Fall Harvest Festival Continues Through Sunday

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Fall begins on Sunday, Sept. 22 at 8:44 a.m., but Bergen County's Fall Harvest Festival kicks off this Friday night.

It will include gardening exhibits, crafts, carnival rides, a farmers' market, petting zoo, music, face painting, other entertainment, and food trucks.

The festival takes place on Friday, Sept. 20 from 6-9 p.m, Saturday, Sept. 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, Sept. 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday will include the midway, rides, and food. Saturday will include exhibits, craft fair, and entertainment from 10-5, and the midway, rides, and food starting after 12.

Both days will feature live music at 2 p.m.

The organizers request that you bring non-perishable food items that will go to the Bergen County Office of Food Security.

The event takes place at Overpeck County Park, 199 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, NJ.

Other Festivals Around Bergen County

Several other fall festivals have been scheduled for later in the season.

Flat Rock Brook in Englewood will have its Fall Festival on Oct. 20. Tickets are required, and there are early bird discounts.

The same day, Main Street Pops is helping organize a fall festival in Tenafly. They say, "Join the Borough of Tenafly and The Tenafly Chamber for a fun & festive fall event with family fun for all including live music, food trucks, artisan vendors, inflatables, Fall crafts, and we've added a costume contest this year!"
