BOE to Choose New Member Monday

Six candidates expressed interest and the appointee will serve through at least April of 2012, when the seat is up for public vote

Six candidates expressed interest in becoming a member of the Ridgewood Board of Education, and now which it thinks is the best fit on the five member panel.

The school board will meet at 7:30 p.m. and cast its vote. Member Charlie Reilly, , will not participate in the process. The appointed candidate will serve through April, when the seat will be up for election. The seat's term expires in April of 2013.

The six candidates are Jim Morgan, Janice Willett, Eric Gross, Rei Shinozuka, B. Vincent Loncto and Gwen Sullivan. ( and why they feel they should be appointed.)
