The Bristal at Waldwick Hosts Wedding Ceremony

29-year-old Jennifer Latchford and 32-year-old Eric Fitzpatrick were married at The Bristal at Waldwick so that Jenni’s 94-year-old grandmother, Virginia Latchford could attend the ceremony. The couple arranged to exchange their vows two months earlier than originally planned so that Virginia, who has resided at The Bristal at Waldwick, since January of 2020 be part of the wedding celebration.

Jennifer, a publicist who grew up in Ramsey and Eric a data analyst from Marlboro, met in a kickball league in Asbury Park. According to the bride, “I've always considered Grandma Ginny one of my best friends. She was really active in my life as a child and continued to be as I grew into an adult. I would go to her through all the good and bad in life, and she always had a very comforting, typically witty and often humorous response to whatever I had to share. Having her witness this milestone in my life has always been a priority and I am extremely grateful that we were able to make it happen.”
