Bruce Springsteen Tickets For MetLife Concerts On Labor Day Weekend Drop To $100

NORTH JERSEY, NJ — You may have heard about Bruce Springsteen tickets selling for $5,000 or more last summer, but now some tickets for the Labor Day weekend shows in MetLife Stadium next month can be had for close to $100.

Hey, that's "boss."

The Freehold Borough native, who now lives in Colts Neck, will perform on Wednesday, Aug. 30, Friday, Sept. 1, and Sunday, Sept. 3, which is the night before Labor Day, at the stadium in East Rutherford.

Last year, Springsteen's manager defended prices of $4,000 and $5,000 on Ticketmaster, saying they went into effect because of a "dynamic pricing" system that raised prices during high demand.

But with shows added to the tour, including the third show at MetLife, seats are now available at much lower prices.

This past weekend, the least expensive seats hovered at just over $100 on Stubhub, and a little over $120 on Ticketmaster.

Transportation To Bruuuuuuce

Beyonce, Metallica, and Guns N Roses are also coming to the stadium this summer.

Parking at MetLife stadium is $40 per car. Trains and buses often run to the stadium or to American Dream Mall from both New York City and Hoboken. American Dream has a footbridge leading to the stadium.

NJ Transit said in a release about popular shows, "Fans ... are encouraged to purchase their round trip tickets in advance through NJ TRANSIT's mobile app. Customers can take any NJ TRANSIT train that stops at Secaucus, including from Penn Station New York, then transfer to the BetMGM Meadowlands Rail Line."

"Customers traveling to MetLife Stadium should purchase their round trip tickets from their originating station to Meadowlands Station to avoid delays boarding trains. Tickets purchased on the train will include a $5 surcharge."
