Bergen County Man Sold LSD, Opioids, Says Prosecutor
A Bergen County resident was charged for selling LSD and opioids, said prosecutors.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Cresskill man has been arrested for allegedly selling opioid pills and LSD in Bergen County, prosecutors said Thursday.
Jeffrey S. Kishinevskiy, 21, of Creskill, was arrested last Thursday and charged with distribution of LSD, distribution of LSD within 500 feet of a park, and third-degree distribution of suspected morphine pills, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Prosecutors said that in March, county detectives and Paramus police began a month-long joint investigation into area drug activity.

Prosecutors say that undercover officers identified Kishinevskiy as selling the pills.
Last Thursday, Kishinevskiy was found and arrested in Tenafly, prosecutors said. They also searched his vehicle and residence.

He was taken to the Bergen County Jail, made a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, and was ordered released to await further court action, prosecutors said.
