Incident happened on N. Maple Ave. Friday night; injuries appear non-life-threatening, according to police

The driver of a Jeep was sent to the hospital Friday night after her vehicle flipped on its side Friday night on North Maple Avenue, according to police.

Lt. Forest Lyons of the Ridgewood Police Department said a single female was taken to Valley Hospital at about 10 p.m. with undisclosed injuries after her newer-model Jeep flipped on N. Maple Ave. near the intersection of Brookmere Court.

"It does not appear to be life-threatening injuries," Lyons said. "It looks like the party went off road and lost control."
