Driver Strikes Parked Car, Flees Glen Rock Scene
GRPD asking for public to help track down the individual responsible for striking a car on Rodney Street last Friday.
and an upset resident are asking the public's help to track down a driver suspected of crashing into a parked car and fleeing the scene Friday, April 6.
According to Cpt. Jonathan Miller, a vehicle was parked on the side of Rodney Street near the train station at about 5:45 p.m. when a white SUV reportedly struck the rear of the vehicle and fled the scene.
"My reaction was complete anger and shock," the resident told Patch. "How someone can hit a car and do so much damage and still drive away..."

The victim did not witness the incident but said a neighbor observed a white Land Rover speed off after crashing into the car. The neighbor, according to the victim, said the suspect had been on the phone and is believed to have said he was going into the city.
The struck vehicle, a white Audi, sustained significant damage to the rear. It had to be towed from the scene.
