Home Energy Savings Seminar in GR Monday Night
Ridgewod Environmental Advisory Committee Chairman Ed Schwartz will explain the NJ Clean Energy Program and how homeowners can save money
On Monday night, Ridgewood's top environmentalist will be explaining how citizens can realize energy efficiency improvements and also how to obtain NJ Clean Energy funds, offsetting the cost of home energy audits.
Chairman of the Ridgewood Environmental Advisory Committee, will be the featured speaker at the seminar at the at 7:30 p.m. for .
The state's Clean Energy Program is designed so residents can improve their home's energy efficiency, saving cash after a home energy audit is completed.

"This helps to ensure that improvements are made with an eye for health and safety issues that are normally overlooked when homeowners simply install additional insulation," Green Up Glen Rock wrote in a release. "Ed will explain how to take advantage of the significant subsidies currently available to New Jersey homeowners, including rebates of up to $5,000 along with 0% interest loans up to $10,000 to help offset the costs of these energy efficiency improvements."
