A class exploring the benefits and advantages of breastfeeding, topics include nutrition, positions that are comfortable, common problems, pumping and storage of breast milk, and correct use of the breast pumping equipment. Dads are encouraged to attend. Class should be taken during the 8th month of pregnancy.
The $50 class is at the Paramus campus of the hospital in the Kraft Center.
