Officials and civic leaders will be holding a rally for the two-community service of the 29th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Observance Day. The rally will take place at 11 a.m. at Van Neste Square Park following the interfaith service at Ridgewood United Methodist Church. A march around the downtown of Ridgewood will follow.
