Local Real Estate Agents Establish "Focus on Ho-Ho-Kus" Campaign

HO-HO-KUS, NJ — May 27, 2020 — Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, an exclusive partner of Christie’s International Real Estate, voted Christie’s Affiliate of the Year in 2017 and 2018, and the fastest-growing real estate brokerage in northern New Jersey, is proud to feature two of their top-performing agents that have been helping support their hometown of Ho-Ho-Kus and the local community.

Megan Fox and Max Stokes, Realtor®-Associates in the Ho-Ho-Kus office, first established the Focus on Ho-Ho-Kus Campaign in March, as part of which they have been aggressively raising funds to provide local healthcare workers and others on the front line with support and gestures of goodwill. The funds raised through this effort will be donated to the brave front-line medical personnel, including those living in the Ho-Ho-Kus community and those who work at the local hospital via the Valley Hospital Foundation, as well as Ho-Ho-Kus families in critical need of support. “We have also partnered with The Chamber of Commerce of Ho-Ho-Kus to provide some of this support via gift cards purchased from small businesses with storefronts in the Ho-Ho-Kus community,” said Megan Fox.

“We feel privileged to be able to give back to the community in this way. To date, we have raised over $26,000, which far exceeded our campaign goal. We have disbursed our initial pledged dollars to The Valley Hospital Foundation by way of Ho-Ho-Kus business gift cards and have a major disbursement almost complete to support our incredible essential services,” said Max Stokes.

The Contemporary Club of Ho-Ho-Kus, a 501(c)3 charitable organization, has established a Go Fund Me to raise critical donations for the Community Emergency Relief Fund (CERF), to further support these efforts.
