Money Stolen From Glen Rock Pool Safe: Police
There was no sign of forced entry and everything looked like it was in order when pool staff arrived early Thursday morning, police said.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — Detectives from Ridgewood and Glen Rock are investigating the theft of money from a safe at the municipal pool recently.
Ridgewood detectives were investigating a burglary in the village Thursday morning when they found property belonging to the Glen Rock pool, said Chief Dean Ackermann.
A follow-up investigation was done at the pool and staff discovered that $175 was taken from a small safe in the office, Ackermann said. Other items were disturbed, but nothing else was missing and there was no damage reported.

There were no signs of forced entry, and staff reported that everything appeared in order when they got there at 5:30 a.m., the chief said.
