Real Estate Release New Single

"Easy" released on iTunes Tuesday, April 10 with b-side "Exactly Nothing".

Ridgewood rockers Real Estate have released a new single, though if you're familiar with the band it won't exactly be new.

Real Estate, now hailing from Brooklyn, put out a two-song combo on iTunes Tuesday, featuring "Easy" and b-side item "Exactly Nothing". The single follows up Real Estate's acclaimed 2011 album, Days.

As would be expected from the wizards of lo-fi, the dreamy songs burst with melody and subtle guitar clangs. [See the YouTube video above.]
