The saga of the appears to be meeting its end. Superintendent Daniel Fishbein said at Monday night's school board meeting that the bridge will be open in time for the high school graduation ceremony on Thursday, June 21. The bridge, which connects Stevens Field to the main RHS campus, was first discovered to be structurally damaged in late 2009. In November of 2011 the bridge was shut down to both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Repairs –to the tune of – began last month and faced inclement weather and construction-related .
