Ridgewood 2024 Election Day Guide: Who's Running, Where To Vote
Four candidates are running for 3 spots in the Nov. 5 council election in Ridgewood.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Although the focus is on the presidential election this year, many Bergen County towns are seeing heated local races as well.
Polls close at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Come back to Ridgewood Patch at that time to see results.
In Ridgewood, four people are running for three seats in a non-partisan election for the five-member Village Council.

The candidates in Ridgewood are:
- Hyunju Kwak
- Francis "Frank" Mortimer Jr.
- Pamela R. Perron
- Paul Vagianos

The elections are non-partisan and you can choose any three for four-year terms.

How And Where To Vote
- Want to vote by mail? The Bergen County Clerk's Office must receive your application by Oct. 29. Read more about that here.
- You can submit your ballot any time through 8 p.m. on Election Day.
- Want to vote on the machine? Polls will be open a few before Election Day for early voting, and then on Election Day from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. See the early voting hours and locations here.
