Saturday: Girls Lax Defending State Crown Against Bitter Rival Moorestown

1) The Ridgewood girls varsity lacrosse team will be from southern Jersey. The game is at Rutgers University at 1:00 p.m. and the winner will be the undisputed top team in New Jersey. Let's go, 'Wood!

2) Glen Rock Patch will be filming a video of Ridgewood band Don't Upset the Bear at 3:00 p.m. at Van Neste Square Park. Stop by, listen to the guys and say hello to us.

4) Linebacker and signing copies of his book The Sportsman. A current Cincy Bengal, Jones was also the host of Dhani Tackles the Globe, a show on the Travel Channel in which Jones learned about culture by playing sports of all kinds. He'll be signing copies at the best bookstore in the state at 1:00 p.m.

5) The weather will certainly be cooler, but it may rain. A high of 73 is mixed with a 40 percent likelihood of rain.
