Surprised? Controversial Cell Tower Meeting Pushed Back Again
A Ridgewood neighborhood near the Ho-Ho-Kus border has strongly opposed a 125-foot tower.

on the Ridgewood/Ho-Ho-Kus border has been delayed until the fall, according to an e-mail sent by Zoning Board Secretary Tony Merlino on Wednesday.
Residents in the Mulberry Pl./Barnett St. neighborhood since first introduced over a year ago. They've expressed concern that the tower would negatively impact property values and could also pose health and safety risks.
It'll be a tough fight for residents – – given that federal rulings favor carriers that can show some discernable gap in coverage areas.
