Three RHS Students Taken to Police Station on Suspicion of Drug Possession

Officers transported three male juvenile students to police headquaraters on suspicion of marijuana possession last Thursday at around 3 p.m.

Three juvenile male students were taken to police headquarters on suspicion of possessing drugs while at last Thursday afternoon, according to .

Police Chief John Ward said in a telephone conversation Friday that a school administrator alerted police to possible illegal activity on the high school grounds.

The male three juveniles are believed to have have had marijuana in their possession, according to police Cpt. Jacqueline Luthcke.

"They have not been arrested yet," Luthcke said Monday morning. "They were brought to the police department and released to their parents pending charges."

Police did not release the ages of the juveniles. School officials are cooperating with the investigation, Ward said.
