Thursday: AC/DC Frontman to Take Highway to Hell to Ridgewood

1) The Ridgewood Village Council agreed on consent agenda to purchase a 2010 Ford Escape SUV for the fire department.

2) The Ridgewood Knights of Columbus Council #1736 will be sponsoring its annual golf tournament on June 13 at the Emerson Golf Club in . . . yes, Emerson, NJ. 3) Frontman of famed rock band , will be at Bookends at 7:00 p.m. to promote his new book Rockers and Rollers.

4) Rear yard pickup will be on the West Side with recycling snatching in Area 3 and yard waste collection in Area C.

5) We may have been spoiled by some beautiful weather on Wednesday but Thursday is no slouch. It should be cloudy with a high of 65 and a nice, gentle breeze.
