Thursday: ESL Classes at Emmanuel Baptist

1) Head over to at 6:45 p.m. , which will contain discussions on nutrition, sleeping, goal setting and more.

2) There will be at 7:30 p.m. Classes in English as a second language are offered free of charge on Thursdays. Classes are offered on a variety of levels. New participants are asked to take a short test to see which class is most appropriate for them.

3) The second portion of the "Genealogy on the Internet" class at the library will be held at 10:00 a.m.

4) If you're at the Ramapo/Ridgewood football game this Saturday, you'll see a brief halftime ceremony honoring the 1991 Ridgewood football team on the 20th anniversary of their Group 4 State Sectional Championship. It was the first football championship the Maroons had claimed, though in 2003 and 2004 it would raise the trophies high again.

5) In the latest polls in The Record, the girls varsity soccer team is ranked #11 in North Jersey while the boys move up to #7.
