Tree Falls On SUV, Strikes Home In Ridgewood: Police

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — A large tree fell on a Volkswagen SUV and struck a home at the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue in Ridgewood Tuesday night, a Ridgewood Police Department spokesperson said.

An estimate on property damage is unknown at this time, police said. No injuries to residents were reported.

Structural problems could have caused the tree to fall, as there was little wind that night, police added.
