Tuesday: Former American Idol Judge in Town

1) Former judge of America's favorite show of the last decade, will be at Bookends to sign copies of her new book A Helluva High Note. DioGuardi will be there at 7:00 p.m.

2) Today is the last day for the district to receive mail-in ballots on the school budget/elections vote on Wednesday. Visit the district's website for more information. 

3) Bergen Regional Medical is holding . According to the event, "Attendees will learn the risk factors of developing a dependency on alcohol, the differences between alcoholism and alcohol abuse, how to recognize the signs and symptoms of alcoholism, how to address a loved one’s alcoholism without seeming judgmental and where to get help."

4) The Ridgewood Board of Adjustment will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the third floor of Village Hall. The board has been quite busy with cell phone tower applications of late.

5) The East Side will have rear-yard sanitation collection on Tuesday with Area 8 for bottles and cardboard. Area B will receive yard waste pickup.
