1) School is back in session and Village Hall and the library are open for business now that Memorial Day has passed.

2) promoting her new book. The co-host of The Today Show will be signing children's book The Legend of Messy M'Cheaney at 7:00 p.m. (See video at right for fairly obscure Gifford music video.)

3) Rear yard collection will be in the West Side on Tuesday with recycling in Area 5 and yard waste in Area A.

4) Per Charles Stiles of The Record, Governor Christie has Ridgewood author and boyhood friend Harlen Coben up for nomination for the New Jersey Hall of Fame Advisory Commission.

5) It will be about 87 and sunny with a light breeze on Tuesday, according to The National Weather Service.
