Used Cooking Oil Stolen From Glen Rock Restaurants
The property owner collects the oil and recycles it for a profit.

GLEN ROCK, NJ — Used cooking oil was stolen from two borough businesses Friday afternoon, police reported.
Police responded to the strip mall at 1016 Maple Ave. on a report of a theft, said Lt. Frank Riggio. The oil was stored in drums behind the businesses.
The property owner collects the used oil and recycles it for a profit.

Video surveillance footage showed that on Thursday at 11 p.m. a white cargo van pulled up behind the businesses. Two people removed locks from the drums and pumped the oil into the van using a large hose, Riggio said.
The Detective Bureau is investigating the theft.
