Valley Hospital Awarded Healthgrades 250 Best Hospitals

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Valley Hospital was awarded Healthgrades 2022 America’s 250 Best Hospital Award for its fourth consecutive year. This award recognizes overall clinical excellence across a spectrum of care. According to a press release from Valley Health System, Healthgrade assessed approximately 4,500 hospitals nationwide for superior clinical performance. The achievement of this award places Valley Hospital in the top 5 percent of those hospitals assessed.

President and CEO of Valley Health System, Audrey Meyers recognizes this award as an honor. “This prestigious award for clinical outcomes demonstrates the priority we place on delivering the highest-quality care and service to our patient and their families.”

According to Healthgrades website when recognizing hospitals for this award, they measure hospital performance based on patient outcome and adjust for each patient’s risk factor. They also annually review their rating methodology and process when evaluating clinical quality.

Healthgrades is a company that provides consumers with information on hospitals, physicians and various health care providers.
