Mayor Keith Killion took some time at the last council meeting to clarify the difference between "No stopping, no standing" and "No parking" signs that are prominent in the village. The issue has been brought up by the neighbors of North Irving, many of whom have been frustrated with drivers parking in front of their homes on the narrow Stevens Field street, which they also say leads to dangerous situations.
