25-Year-Old Bergen County Man Had Child Sex Abuse Materials: Prosecutors

WALLINGTON, NJ — A Wallington man, 25, was charged with possession of child pornography last week, prosecutors said.

Elvis Daniel Camacho Montilla was arrested last Wednesday, June 19, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.

That day, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at Montilla's home as part of an internet child sexual abuse material investigation, prosecutors said.

"The investigation revealed that Montilla used the Internet to view, download and possess items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent children," prosecutors said.

Montilla was arrested in Paramus and charged with third-degree possession of child pornography. He was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

Participating in the Bergen County Cyber Crimes Task Force and the recent investigation were the Wallington Police Department, New York City Police Department, Washington Township, Waldwick, Saddle Brook, and Paramus police departments, and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office.
