Women's Club Throwing Beauty, Style Event to Benefit Needy Moms

The Ridgewood Woman's Club is hosting a beauty and style event to benefit women in Newark in need essential child care items.

On Tuesday Nov. 11 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., models of all ages from the community will be showing off makeup and attire.  will be on hair and makeup duty, W by Worth, Stella and Dot, and Mary Kay will show off merchandise, and will provide lunch.

Those who bring diapers, formula or any other child items will be entered to win a door prize drawing.

Proceeds benefit North Porch Woman’s and Infants’ Centers, a project of the Episcopal Church Women in the Diocese of Newark, providing diapers and formula to needy families of all faiths.

Reservations are $40 ($20 tax deductible) or $350 for a table of ten ($150 tax deductible).
