The River Dell Hawks Football Team and Cheerleading Squad have announced they will sponsor a food drive to help out a North Jersey community food pantry. In this season of giving, the student athletes want to help families in need and collect items during Friday nights 6pm opening state playoff game against Ridgefield Park in Oradell. Bins will be set up at the entrance of the Matty Certosimo stadium field before the game. Bins are also located in the Main office of both the High School and Middle School so you can drop your donations off throughout the week from Nov. 7 to Nov. 11. The following list are items that are most needed: pasta, rice, canned meat, tuna, juice, cereal, soup, and other non-perishables.
