13th Annual Bergen County Home Ownership Fair

The 13th Annual Bergen County Home Ownership Fair will take place on Saturday, September 17th 2011 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Teaneck Marriot Glenpointe, 100 Frank W. Burr Blvd., Teaneck.

The Homeownership program was traditionally designed to help low and moderate income families navigate the purchase of their first home. The Homeownership Fair event takes on a whole new and important meaning this year in light of the current challenges in the economic and real estate markets.

Exhibits will include realtors, bankers, mortgage companies, credit counselors, home inspectors, and other experts who are ready to answer questions ranging from ‘Foreclosure Prevention and Counseling’ to the steps you need to take to obtain a mortgage.
