McDonald's Seeks Approval for New Building This Week

Representatives for the River Edge are slated to appear before the River Edge Planning Board on Thursday, 8pm to request a variety of variance and waiver relief for their plans to demolish the existing building and construct a new one in its place. The sit-down, drive-thru fast food restaurant, located at 1118 Main Street, is seeking relief for parking (32 spaces instead of 41), elimination of a desingated loading space buffer and setbacks on the side and rear portions of the property as well as signage.
