Prosecutor: NY Man Committed Sex Act During Online Video Calls with Bergen County Residents

Once the victims accepted the video request, the man would immediately begin to perform a sex act in view of the camera.

A New York man was arrested Wednesday after authorities say he harassed Bergen County residents by masturbating during online video calls with them.

Marty Napoleon, 33, of Queens, NY, allegedly used a social media application to masturbate during video telephone calls with numerous random victims in Bergen County, according to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.

“Once the victims accepted the video request, Napoleon would immediately begin to masturbate in view of the camera,” Molinelli said.

And after “repeatedly” contacting the victims, Napoleon would allegedly use different email addresses once he discovered that the victims blocked his previous attempts.

According to Molinelli, Napoleon used the following email addresses to commit the crimes: “GinaFranco735@gmail.com” and “LauraDenapoli888@gmail.com.”
