Week Ahead: Primary Elections, Retirees and Town-wide Garage Sales

The River Edge Mayor and Council will approve a on Monday night. The committee would replace the Fourth of July committee on a one-year trial basis and be in charge of organizing borough events such as any parades, festivals or concerts in town. The meeting starts at 7pm in .
Following the 8pm River Dell Board of Education meeting at the , the Board wil host a Town Hall Forum where members of the public are invited to speak to the Board about educational issues confronting the district and the communities it serves.
Tuesday is Primary Day so remember to vote for who you want to see on the November ballot in the Freeholder, US Senator, and New Jersey Congressional District 5 categories. Polls are open from 6am to 8pm. Tuesday is also the final day to submit your intention to run for a Board of Education seat in November.

On Saturday, the Junior Women's Club of River Edge is hosting the 5th from 9am to 4pm. Maps listing locations of Oradell Garage Sales will be distributed the day of the garage sale from 8:45am to 11am at , 308 Kinderkamack Road and , 297 Kinderkamack Road, both of Oradell.
