• New Owner Takes Toxic Fenimore Site for $650K in Bankruptcy Sale; Roxbury Gets $62,500 (tapinto.net) — Roxbury will receive $62,500 from the bankruptcy sale of the long-troubled Fenimore Landfill in Ledgewood, though township officials say the community is still owed far more. A Verona-based company bought the capped, contaminated 105-acre site for $650,000, and Roxbury’s attorney says the township preserved its rights to pursue additional compensation from the new owner and the former operators.
