1. Wednesday: According to the National Weather Service, today will be a rainy, gloomy day with a high near 59 and a south wind around 9 mph becoming northwest. The rain will continue into the night with a low around 46 degrees and a north wind between 9 and 15 mph.
2. Leaf Season: The Department of Public Works (DPW) in both Rumson and Fair Haven have their hands full removing all of the leaves before winter setttles in. The DPWs can't get the job done properly when residents do not follow the schedule and continue to put out brush.
