The first in a trilogy series, 'Fifty Shades of Grey' is in large demand before it's re-release is even hitting bookshelves.

The new book everyone is talking about is coming to local bookstores, but pre-sales show it will not be on the shelves long.
According to Fair Haven’s local bookstore , many people have already placed calls and reserved their copies of E.L. James’ book, Fifty Shades of Grey. The book, classified as “very erotic fiction”, is told by college literature student, Anastasia Steele as she awkwardly meets Christian Grey, a successful, young, entrepreneur.
River Road Books employees explained that the high demand of the book is definitely unusual for the area. However, with local word of mouth commending it, and a large internet buzz to follow, the local bookstore has ordered 100 copies of the book.

According to a New York Times article, Fifty Shades of Grey was originally published by a small independent press in Australia. After much success, a bidding war ensued by American Publishers. Fifty Shades of Grey will now be re-released on April 3.
River Road Books is even offering a 20-percent discount on the book if you preorder before March 31.
