Curbing, Sidewalk Projects Set For Fair Haven This Week
In the 2023 "micro project" plan, certain streets are due for work on curbs and sidewalks starting March 4, the borough says.
FAIR HAVEN, NJ — Residents can expect sidewalk projects in several areas of the borough this week, beginning Monday, March 4:
Here are the projects planned in the next phase of the program, according to the borough:
- Curb and sidewalk for Hunting Lane, between Hance Road and Dartmouth Avenue.
- Curb restoration on Forman Street and Smith Street
- Curb and sidewalk work on Smith Street, between Forman Street and Jackson Street.
The work is part of the borough's 2023 road program, the borough said, referred to as the "2023 micro-projects," which include drainage, curb, sidewalk and paving projects throughout the town.

You can see a report on the eight micro projects on the borough's website. Project cost for Hunting Lane was $75,000, part of a larger total $950,000 plan, according to the documents.
