FAIR HAVEN, NJ — There will be a walking tour on Saturday and a special Fair Haven Borough Council meeting over Zoom on Sept. 8 to discuss the Improvements to Hance Road and Cooney Terrace Project, Phase II.

During the last Borough Council meeting, on Monday, some residents spoke up to ask for a neighborhood meeting prior to the project presentation. Others showed concerns about which trees would be taken down with the project.

The borough announced over the week that there will be a walking tour of the area where the project is located. Members of the public will be able to address their concerns directly with Councilmembers Michael McCue and Suzanne McCabe and Engineering and Public Works Committee members, who will be present.
