Fair Haven PTA to Host Bi-Annual "Fair Haven First Floors" House Tour

The Fair Haven PTA will host its bi-annual “Fair Haven First Floors” House Tour on Friday, December 12, 10:30am-2:30pm. It’s a great opportunity to check out some of the most unique and interesting first floors in our area!

The 2014 house tour features six distinctive Fair Haven homes including a renovated carriage house that was originally part of the Van Tine Hotel on the Navesink River. Each home will be decorated for the holidays with fabulous table and floral arrangements sure to inspire! Tour goers will sample some of the best local fare from popular chefs, including d’jeet, Lusty Lobster, Taste and Technique, Woody’s, Booskerdoo, Cups and Cakes, and several others.

Two special raffle prizes will be offered: The Grand Prize is $1000 worth of Landscaping donated by Butler Landscaping. The First Prize is dinner for ten prepared in the winner’s home or other local home of their choice, by Chef Hernan Garces of the Raven Tea Room. The dinner includes wine, flowers, dessert and service to help the host and hostess relax. Tickets for these two great prizes
are $10 each and will be sold at two of the houses on the tour.

NEW THIS YEAR: Win a limousine ride for the tour provided by Arrow Limousine! Purchase your tickets online by November 15th and you will be entered into a drawing to win a limo service from Arrow Limousine for the event. Your driver will escort you and 5 friends to each home on the tour while you sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! Limo service begins and ends at the Nauvoo Grill in Fair Haven. Also newly included in this year’s tour will be a shopping boutique featuring local vendors gathered for your convenience at Nauvoo Grill. Come, tour, dine and shop all in time for the holidays!
