Home Burglary In Rumson Under Investigation, Police Say

Police in Rumson are asking the public for information about a Bingham Hill Circle-area burglary in which a house was entered forcibly.

RUMSON, NJ — The Rumson Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that happened on Sunday evening, Jan. 15 in the area of Bingham Hill Circle.

The homeowner reported to police that between 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., while they were out of the home, thieves entered the house by breaking the window section of a back door, according to the police report.

Several items were stolen from the primary bedroom, police said.
