RUMSON, NJ — The Rumson Police Department is accepting applications for full-time, certified SLEO 2 Police Officers and part-time dispatchers.

Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be ages 18 through 34
  • Have a valid New Jersey driver’s license
  • Be a high school graduate with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or 60 college credits from an accredited college or university.
  • Be a graduate of a New Jersey Police Training Commission Basic Course for Class 2 Special Law Enforcement Officers.

Applicants can submit their resume and application to: Sgt. Robert Boyer, Rumson Police Department, 80 East River Road, Rumson NJ 07760 no later than Friday, Sept. 2.
