Join The Atlantic Club and Augie’s Quest in the fight to end ALS
Genesis - Atlantic Club Red Bank Blends Fitness & Philanthropy with Two Great Events

Every 90 minutes, someone is diagnosed with ALS. We're turning that statistic into a symbol of hope and action.
On September 27th and 28th, join Genesis – The Atlantic Club Red Bank for two powerful 90-minute workout options in partnership with Augie's Quest that unites our community in the battle against ALS.
On Friday, September 27th @ 5:00 -6:30pm you can participate in Flow for a Cure: Yoga & Meditation with Jon & Melissa, a 90-minute yoga flow and meditation class. This special Friday night event begins with a revitalizing yoga flow designed to enhance flexibility and strength, followed by a deeply restorative meditation session to center your mind and spirit. All levels are welcome to participate in this calming and energizing experience.
Or, maybe you are looking for a challenging, heart-pumping workout? On Saturday, September, 28th at 8:30am join us for a 90-minute Super Circuit Station class. The session begins with a 60-minute high-intensity circuit workout featuring strength and cardio exercises, guided by multiple instructors in an outdoor setting. Push your limits and energize your body with dynamic stations. Finish with a 30-minute-deep yoga stretch designed to enhance recovery and promote relaxation. All levels are welcome to participate in this impactful class.
Each class has a $25 registration donation that goes directly to Augie’s Quest ALS research. Come together for mindful movement and community support in the fight against ALS.
