RUMSON, NJ — A Long Beach Township man has been charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual contact in an incident involving a female bartender at an East River Road restaurant, police here said. Daniel E. Boswell Jr., 52, was charged last month in a complaint summons, Sgt. Christopher J. Isherwood said in a news release. A Police Department investigation led by Rumson Sgt. Daniel Campanella determined the man groped a female bartender while she worked at the restaurant in October 2022, police said. Isherwood said the matter is now being handled by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
