Rumson, NJ - As the storm approaches, the Rumson police department says they anticipate flooding in low-lying areas during high tide on Saturday morning and Saturday evening.

Either way, a Coastal Flood Warning will be in effect from 4 a.m. Saturday to noon Sunday for the New Jersey counties of Middlesex and Monmouth.

High tide for the Navesink River in Rumson is at 8:13 a.m. and 8:41 p.m Saturday, and 8:57 a.m. and 9:26 p.m. Sunday. A full moon will also be visible at 8:45 p.m. Saturday.
Residents in low-lying areas are encouraged to plan accordingly, Rumson police say. Likely flood areas include Waterman Avenue, Shrewsbury Drive and Avenue of Two Rivers.

Residents in flood-prone areas may park cars in the designated Borough field on Ward Ave, located north of the Seabright Bridge, across from Holy Cross, starting on Friday morning.
