Somerville, NJ – The New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome and Associated Disorders (NJCTS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rumson's Cat Porter to its Board of Directors. Cat is currently the Head of Fashion Client Engagement at CHANEL, where she has held various executive positions over 18 years. With her extensive background in communications, leadership, and advocacy, and her connectivity within the arts world, Cat brings invaluable expertise and a fresh perspective to the organization’s mission of supporting individuals and families living with Tourette syndrome and associated disorders.

The addition of Cat, whose daughter Savannah serves as an NJCTS Youth Advocate, aligns with NJCTS’s ongoing commitment to strengthen its leadership team as it continues to expand its educational, advocacy, and support programs. Through her involvement, NJCTS aims to further amplify its message and increase visibility around the challenges and triumphs of those living with Tourette syndrome.

“I am truly honored to join the NJCTS Board,” said Cat. “The work that NJCTS does to support individuals and families affected by Tourette syndrome is incredibly important, as I have witnessed firsthand through Savannah’s journey with TS and her impact as a youth advocate. I’m looking forward to elevating the organization’s efforts to raise awareness and enhance the lives of those affected.”
