Update On Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge Marine Travel & Schedule

RUMSON-SEA BRIGHT, NJ — The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners has announced the latest information on travel and schedules at the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge.

Starting on Friday, May 23, the 75-foot navigational channel is scheduled to open for marine travel, officials said.

Bridge openings will follow the normal summer schedule of Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., according to officials. The bridge opens on the hour during those times.

For Monday through Thursday, the bridge opens on signal, the commissioners said.

“In anticipation of the summer season, my fellow commissioners and I worked diligently to open the navigational channel that includes the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge,” Commissioner Director Thomas Arnone said. “Safety is our top priority, so please make sure to go to rumsonseabrightbridge.com for the most up-to-date information.”
