Women's Conference Set for April 20 at Brookdale

"Learn, laugh and lunch" at this year's A Women's Conference, held Monday, April 20 at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft.

Community members are invited to “learn, laugh and lunch” at this year’s A Women’s Conference, held on Monday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Brookdale Community College, 765 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft.

The conference features a full day of interactive workshops and networking opportunities along with keynote talks by Sandra Tsing Loh, bestselling author of “The Madwoman in the Volvo,” and Fox 5 News reporter Teresa Priolo.

“This is a chance to break away from your routine, experience new things and be among others seeking intelligent entertainment,” said Linda Martin, director of lifelong learning at Brookdale.

Attendees can choose from 12 morning and afternoon workshops on subjects including health, travel, entrepreneurship, art history and women’s rights. Many workshops are led by Brookdale faculty.
